CORE Maintenance System
Hygiene Guardian’s CORE Maintenance System is our flagship service. This system has been installed in a number of businesses and is one of the main reasons why Hygiene Guardian exists today. The CORE Maintenance System is a weekly or biweekly service that contains:
-Sani-Shield coating on all touch points in restrooms (sinks, faucets, toilet seats, toilets, urinals, flush handles, latches, door handles) which:
-Reduces the need for chemicals used on these touch points
-Minimizes time spent maintaining the restrooms for your employees
-We will neutralize odors around urinals with an odor counteractant
-Provide and maintain deodorizers (with dispensers)
-Provide and maintain urinal screens
-Provide and maintain restroom hand soap (with dispensers)
-Provide and maintain kitchen hand soap (with dispensers)
-Keep your restrooms consistently clean and smelling good, while helping to make the entire process easy to manage.
All of the above is included in our price. One weekly/biweekly fee for each store and they will not have to worry about the restrooms again. Every scheduled service, the soap will be filled, the deodorizers and urinal screens will be checked and replaced if necessary, and the Sani-Shield coating will be reapplied.

Hygiene Guardian uses the Kaivac No-Touch Cleaning® System to completely disinfect restrooms and kitchens with a level of detail that no ordinary cleaning solution can provide. With this service, we are able to remove soils, urine, germs, and other indoor pollutants that regular and microfiber mops leave behind. By using the Kaivac No-Touch Cleaning® System, we spray the cleaning solution over all fixtures, walls, floors, and anything that needs to be sanitized and then blast the soils and bacteria with high-pressure water. After the surfaces have been disinfected, we vacuum dry the area, leaving your restroom or kitchen like new.
**HG Recommends this service to be used in conjunction with our CORE Maintenance System. You will get the most out of each service, where we can completely disinfect your restrooms with the Kaivac Cleaning Service, and coat all the fixtures with the Sani-Shield anti-microbial barrier which leaves your restrooms cleaner for longer periods of time.**

Hygiene Guardian is the best choice for all your paper, soap, can liner, and chemical needs. We are very cost competitive and make it easy for you to maintain all your supply needs. Every time we service your restroom, our HG technician will check your supply stock and leave what you need. You will not have to worry about running out of needed supplies. If you have service weekly, you will not have to store large quantities of supplies taking up valuable storage space.
